Dr. Sohaib Abouelela
founded Zenith Labs with a simple mission:
create the laboratory
he wished existed
when he was in practice.
Our story
After five years as a clinician and teaching assistant in Periodontology,
Dr. Abouelela saw the gap between what dentists needed and what laboratories delivered. Inconsistent quality. Poor communication. Results that didn’t match expectations.
Relocating to the UK, he expanded his expertise in digital workflows and CAD/CAM systems. He founded Dentogenics and Digitise Dentistry, trained with the Straumann Group, and became internationally recognized for integrating technology with artistry.
Zenith Labs is the culmination of that journey.

We accept a wide range of cases, including:

Do you work with digital impressions?
Yes. Zenith Dental Labs is a fully digital laboratory. We accept intraoral scans via all major platforms, including:

Conventional impressions can also be accepted where required.
How long are your turnaround times?
Turnaround times vary depending on case complexity. As a general guide:
– Single crowns: 5–7 working days
– Highly aesthetic single centrals: 7–10 working days
– Implant crowns: 7–10 working days
– Full-arch and complex cases: case-specific timelines agreed in advance
Urgent cases may be accommodated upon request.
Do you offer implant planning services?
Yes. Zenith Dental Labs provides comprehensive digital implant planning services, supporting clinicians from initial diagnosis through to final restoration. Our approach is prosthetically driven, ensuring implant positioning is guided by the final restorative outcome rather than surgery alone.

Yes. All restorations are manufactured in compliance with UK MDR requirements. Custom-made device statements and documentation are provided where applicable, ensuring full regulatory compliance and traceability.
